Bindumadhav Sondur brings over 15 years of experience in software engineering, QA automation, and product management to SACO Consulting. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University and a career spanning leading tech firms like Motorola Mobility (Google), Alation, and o9 Solutions, Bindu has consistently delivered high-quality software solutions at scale.

His engineering background is rooted in traditional QA, test automation, and DevOps, having built robust testing frameworks for web, mobile, and enterprise systems. As a product manager, he has led cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical platforms, including AI-enhanced quality systems and RPA-driven automation solutions for large enterprises.

At SACO, Bindu leads technology strategy and delivery execution, blending his deep domain knowledge in QA and RPA with a global mindset. His vision is to help U.S. clients streamline their operations through smart outsourcing-offering scalable QA and automation services powered by an India-based execution engine and enhanced with the latest AI tools.

Sairox Premani is passionate about transforming how companies think about quality, not as an
afterthought, but as a core part of building meaningful, resilient software.

With over 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance leadership at Alation Inc., she built and
led a global QA team, implemented automation frameworks with Selenium and Playwright, and
drove process improvements that enhanced release efficiency and product stability.

But what truly drives Sairox is a belief: quality is not just about preventing bugs—it’s about
building confidence. It’s about enabling teams to move faster without sacrificing integrity, about
creating inclusive and accessible user experiences, and about helping companies grow without
growing technical debt.

As a Certified Scrum Master with a background in computer science and a track record of
leading through change, she now brings that mindset to clients who are ready to elevate their

enterprise demands, she can guide with strategic vision, hands-on expertise, and a commitment
